My scientific background combined with my experience and deep interest in meditation and calming techniques mean I’m ideally placed to offer a unique, holistic approach.

Emotional Wellness

Worry, general unhappiness and stress caused by work or difficult relationships can all have a devastating and restrictive effect. Together, we’ll find your path to enhanced well-being and happiness.

Spiritual Wellness

Find a calm space inside yourself, and learn to listen to your thoughts. I use a blend of calming exercises, yoga and mindfulness to help you find your own peace.

Using Meditation

The pace of modern life can be relentless, and it takes its toll. If you’re struggling to cope, I can show you how to take a deep breath, step back and relax.

Modern life puts so much pressure on all of us, and can leave us feeling anxious, unhappy and unfulfilled. Problems rarely have a single cause, so I’ll work holistically to find the right path and you’ll continue refreshed in mind, body and spirit.

Face To Face

It’s often easier to talk face to face, and my Harley Street consulting rooms are the ideal location. I can sometimes arrange to see you at other venues as well, if that’s more convenient.



I love running workshops, and they often double as mini support groups as well. Run in a friendly, informal atmosphere, the workshops help you to engage with others in a similar situation. See my news page for planned dates.
