Dr. Sandeep Singh-Dernevik
I’m Dr. Sandeep Singh-Dernevik, consultant psychiatrist.
Some of us cope better with the ups and downs of life’s road than others. Whether you need a little extra help or a more constant travelling companion, I’m here to guide you on your way. What you now see as an insurmountable obstacle may in fact, with a change of perspective, be a turning point.
In addition to my extensive scientific knowledge and experience, I’ll use a unique blend of spirituality, mindfulness, Ayurveda principles and exercises to create a programme that works for you as an individual.
I hold a range of respected scientific qualifications, and my depth of experience means I’m ideally placed to offer a depth of insight into the problems you face on your journey through life.
